If you order before 12pm Friday we can deliver your order the following day, when you select the Saturday delivery option. Any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday afternoon and delivered on Tuesday. Please note, this does not take into account any bank holidays.

Yes, absolutely. We understand how frustrating it can be waiting in for a delivery, or receiving a ‘missed delivery’ note through the letterbox. If the order is for a funeral or wake, why not have it delivered to your funeral directors branch. For any orders going to a funeral directors branch, we will contact them beforehand to notify them that the order is on its way.
Most of our products will fit in a vehicle, However, our large photo boards are relatively big and may require a more roomy vehicle so please think ahead if you plan on travelling with your boards. For ease, you can send your order directly to your Funeral Director. We will notify them, that is on its way.
If my order is arriving the day of the funeral can you guarantee that it is delivered first thing?
We cannot guarantee the time of your delivery. Please keep this in mind when designing your order, for when you confirm by. At the latest, you need the order to be delivered the day before, the sooner you can place the order the better to avoid any disappointment.
If your product has arrived damaged you must notify us of the damage within 9 hours of the signed delivery, when you notify us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, you will be asked to send us a photo displaying the damage.
No problem, if you contact us immediately, we can see what we can do to help. Please have your order number and any photographic evidence (if required).
If you have tracked your order (Track my order link) and you aren’t sure when it will arrive, please contact us immediately.
If our courier attempts delivery and nobody is home, a card will be left at the premises indicating the next steps available e.g. redelivery the next day. Please consult our Terms and Conditions for information about late delivery. (Terms and Conditions link)
You have 2 delivery options: Next Working Day Delivery (£8.95) and a Saturday Delivery (£14.95).
If your order is confirmed before noon, it will be delivered the next working day. For Thursday PM and Friday AM, the order can arrive on a Saturday, if you select the Saturday delivery option. Any orders after 12pm on Friday up to 12pm on Monday will arrive on Tuesday. Please refer to your order confirmation email for your exact date.
Once an order is confirmed, it goes straight to print and dispatched the same day if ordered before noon. If it is after noon it is dispatched the following working day.
We currently deliver throughout Mainland UK. We plan to change this very soon, so that we can ship further afield to Northern Ireland, Highland, Channel, and Offshore Islands so please keep your eyes peeled.

The Foamex boards are recyclable and should be taken to your local recycling centre if you wish to dispose of them. If you don’t wish to keep them as a lasting keepsake, then please do not try to break the board down into smaller pieces as they may shatter.
Our boards are made from Printed Foamex and they are 5mm thick.
We have three size options:
Small (Tabletop size) – 30.45cm x 40.3cm (11.99″ x 15.87″). This is the perfect size to prop up on a bar or on a mini easel at your loved ones wake. Why not display at the back of the hearse to accompany the coffin?
Medium – 60.5cm x 80.6cm (23.82″ x 31.73″). This is our most popular option. A lovely addition to the funeral service at the front of the church/ crematorium. It is a snug fit at the back of the hearse if desired. Also, a great size to cherish at home after the service.
Large – 91cm x 121.3cm (35.83″ x 47.76″). This is ideal for large spaces, making a lovely statement to your loved ones service or wake. Due to its size, please consider a larger vehicle for transporting it to the church or venue. It can also be hung up at home as a lasting keepsake, using our Velcro hanging strips.
Once an order has been confirmed, it goes to print immediately so we can meet our delivery deadlines. We are unable to make changes to your design or cancel the order at this stage. Whilst you are customising your order, please make use of our save template function, so you can go back to work on it at a later time, until you are happy with the final design.
Once an order has been confirmed, the delivery address will automatically be printed on the shipping label. We will be unable to change the delivery address for that particular order.
Yes- when you are offering photo memory boards to your clients, you are entitled to a free sample board for each branch. We want you clients to see how great the board looks, so they get a good idea of the size. Please note, shipping is chargeable.

If my client wishes to create their photo board themselves, can I get the trade discount if they place an order from my recommendation?
Yes, if you have a client, who wishes to place the order themselves, you can still have the 60% discount as long as the client has requested for the board to be delivered to your branch. We would pay this the following month.
We do offer a monthly invoice option for all business accounts, when creating an account, please select the invoice option. If you already have an account, look in your account settings to change your preferences to allow invoices. When proceeding to checkout, please choose that option.
We offer a 60% off trade discount for all orders from Funeral Directors. This is automatically taken from your order at the checkout stage if you are logged into your business account.
When you are signed up to offer the photo boards to your clients, we will provide you with online imagery (to add to your website), A sample board to show your clients, brochures, flyers and non-branded PDF brochures to send to your clients. If there is anything else you would want to help drive sales, please let us know.
You will be emailed at the start of each month for all orders during the previous calendar month. We will then try to take payment.

If you have a smartphone, you can download a document/photo scanner app that enables you to take a photo of your printed photos. Simply upload them to the app, then save them to your camera roll. We recommend a free app called ‘Tiny Scanner’. It is very quick and easy to use…and it’s free! Bonus!

Most of the boards available are fully editable. You can do this by clicking on any of the text or photos and change it accordingly. On the occasion where that is not the case, it is due to the text being part of the background of the design and it cannot be changed.
No- the Memory Boards can be used as a decorative piece for other events such as class graduations, wedding anniversaries, as gifts to a loved one and more.
No, all images used are stock images with models. We do not share or publish photographs from real life events on our boards or on our social media account, unless we have been given prior permission from the family.
